An email address must be on file with us to use our customer portal. NOTE: If you are receiving emails from us, this may not mean you have an address on file in this customer portal. To confirm or add an email address please see the two options below.
Important Registration Information:
- A credit card number number will be required to register for Summer Flip and Swing. However, your credit card account will be charged AFTER we receive your registration AND then send a confirmation email from our office. At that time you will be charged the required deposit (half of camp tuition). The balance will then be charged on the first day of your child's attendance.
- Discounts DO NOT appear but will be applied BEFORE card is charges. Your confirmation email will reflect correct pricing, deposits, and balance due reflecting the discount.
- If you need to make any changes to your child's summer schedule those changes must be made within 24 hours of their first day of the summer. If changes are made after, your account will be charged and we will not be able to issue any refunds.

To Confirm You Have An Email On File
Please click on the heading above to directly go to Portal login page. Click on "I don't know my password". It will then ask you to type your email address. If that address is on file with us you will then receive an email with a temporary password. If not, you will have to click on the link in the left box to go to our registration page |
- NOTE: Due to registrations coming in both manually and on line, if the on line offerings are showing "FULL", space may be still available. Call the office to confirm. Also, if FULL DAY 9-3 is showing full, space may be available if you register for 9-12 AND 12-3.
- 8AM-9AM extended day registrations are very limited. If on line registrations show it is unavailable, call the office. There may be space available. If you are registering after business hours for the following day, we apologize for not being able to accommodate last minute registrations for 8-9AM.
- If you would like to be added to the wait list of any of our full days, please go to your customer portal and use the "I want to" drop down. It will ask you to send us an email in which you can indicate the wait lists you would like.
